Who's going

The LFG crew.

Runners, bootcampers, padel people. If you have done a Sunday with us, you know the room. If you have not, this is a good first one: a bus, a boat, and a day nobody checks their phone.

Before you book

The questions we get.

Do I need to be a climber?

No. Deep water solo is optional. Swim, kayak, watch from the boat, or try one route with the water right under you. Most people try one.

I'm not a strong swimmer.

Life jackets are on board and the swim stops are in calm coves. Tell us when you book and we keep you close to the boat.

Do I need my passport?

Yes. Khasab is in Oman, so there is a border check on the way in and the way back. Carry a valid passport. Some nationalities need a visa for Oman, so check yours before you book.

What about food?

BBQ lunch on board with grilled meats, fresh salads and veg options, plus water, soft drinks, tea and coffee all day. Allergies: tell us on WhatsApp after you book.

What if I can't make it?

Message us on WhatsApp. Your seat can go to a friend. Refunds follow the boat operator's policy, so the earlier you tell us, the more we can do.

Who runs the day?

The boat, the kayaks and the climbing are run by a licensed Musandam operator with its own crew and safety kit. LFG brings the people.
